Ophcrack’s free “XP Free Fast” tables only cover alphanumeric passwords (lowercase + numbers) up to 14 characters. Most Windows 10 users use mixed case, symbols, or longer passphrases. The paid tables (Vista/7/8) cost money and still struggle with passwords over 8 characters.
