The patch moves saves to a new directory. Navigate to Documents/My Games/The Chosen RPG/ and move the SaveData folder from Old_Saves_Backup into the main directory.

Launch the game. On the main menu, look at the bottom-right corner. or higher indicates the patch is active. You will also see the new "Clockwork Labyrinth" option in the Extras menu.
