If you see these a SKIDROW.dll , you have a "hybrid" crack that might be causing the entry point error. Remove the extraneous DLLs, keeping only the crack group’s main files. When the error says: Ensure you install both

If you have a legitimate copy and still see this, you may have leftover crack files from a previous pirated install — delete the game folder entirely before reinstalling via Steam/Ubisoft Connect. When the error says: Ensure you install both

Add the Far Cry 3 installation folder to your antivirus list to prevent it from happening again.

The function skidrow does not exist in the original retail DLLs. It exists only in that the group inserted to trick Ubisoft’s DRM.
