The story follows Rohan "Mickey" Arora (Ranbir Kapoor), a wealthy Delhi-based businessman who secretly runs a "breakup service" with his friend Manu Dabas (Anubhav Singh Bassi) to help couples split up. While on a bachelor trip, Mickey falls for Nisha "Tinni" Malhotra (Shraddha Kapoor). Their relationship progresses quickly, but as they approach marriage, Tinni begins to feel suffocated by Mickey’s large, over-involved family. Unaware that Mickey is the person behind the breakup service, Tinni hires him to help her end their relationship.
