The QR code for a Q7b document must contain: form q7b saudi arabia
If the Q7b points to an invoice that was never submitted to ZATCA (e.g., you lost the file), you cannot legally issue a credit note. You must first resolve the missing original invoice with ZATCA. Go to: → Services → Taxes → VAT
