Be extremely cautious if you find a site offering a direct .rar download of the WinPE files that is not the official vendor. These files could be repackaged to include trojans or ransomware. It is almost always safer to use the official software to generate the WinPE environment yourself.
Rename the RAR file to something inconspicuous like system_utils.rar to avoid casual deletion, but keep a note of its contents. Also, create one USB boot drive immediately and label it with a permanent marker: "HASLEO RECOVERY – DO NOT ERASE."
