In Fishing Craze 2 , you still have the auto-fish option for when you are watching TV or commuting. However, the new "Precision Cast" and "Dynamic Hook" mechanics require you to actually pay attention. You must now time your hook set based on the bite pattern of the fish. A bluegill nibbles differently than a marlin. This one change transforms the game from a mindless clicker into a genuine skill-based arcade experience.

The game revolves around mastering the art of the "multi-catch." While basic gameplay involves casting a line and reeling in fish for points, seasoned players aim for bonus-point hauls by catching multiple fish at once.
