A body positive wellness lifestyle demands principles. This does not mean "every size is equally healthy." It means that healthy behaviors are available to every body, regardless of size, and that pursuing those behaviors is worthwhile even if your size never changes. You do not have to hate yourself well. You do not have to be thin to be healthy. And you do not have to wait until you reach a mythical "goal weight" to start treating your body like a home worth caring for. You do not have to hate yourself well
This is a false dichotomy.
You might do everything "right"—eat well, move consistently, sleep eight hours—and your pants size might stay the same. Your blood pressure might improve. Your A1C might drop. Your anxiety might vanish. And yet, the scale remains. This is a false dichotomy
