The Borg-Warner T56 remained the standard for V8 cars. It was overbuilt, originally designed for the Dodge Viper. Ratios were aggressive:
Recirculating ball (not rack and pinion). It is vague on center. You correct a lot. It feels like a truck from the 90s, because it is. Brakes: Adequate, but not great. The rear discs are prone to warping. The View: The greenhouse is awful. The beltline is high, the rear spoiler blocks the back window, and the C-pillars are massive.
