XOutput is an open-source tool that converts DirectInput (standard for older or generic controllers) into

XOutput. This software acts as a "wrapper" or a middleman. It takes the inputs from your older DirectInput controller and translates them into XInput signals. To your Windows 10 PC, it looks like you have an official Xbox controller plugged in, even if you are actually using a third-party device.

You can map keyboard keys and mouse movements to your controller. This is excellent for older PC games that don't support gamepads at all.
