"The full set is missing BIOS files (neogeo, pgm, vsnes)." Solution: Even in a "Full Set," BIOS files are often separate. Search for "MAME BIOS pack (date)" and drop the neogeo.zip , pgm.zip , decocass.zip , etc., directly into your roms folder. Do not put them in a subfolder.
