Ustaaz Raayyaa Abbaa Maccaa was born in 1972 in the district of the Jimma zone, Ethiopia. His life journey transitioned from a rural upbringing marked by hardship to becoming an OLF (Oromo Liberation Front) fighter , and eventually a spiritual leader and artist.
