Out of the box, the VA-018 uses DirectInput, not XInput. This means older games (like Halo: Combat Evolved or FIFA 09 ) that expect an Xbox 360 controller may not see it. Newer games (like Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Horizon 5, Elden Ring ) usually support DirectInput, but button prompts may appear as "Button 1, Button 2" rather than A, B, X, Y.
