The game takes place in a new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza location, often referred to as the "West Side Salvation" or simply "FNAF 2" location. Players assume the role of a newly hired security guard tasked with monitoring the facility throughout the night, while avoiding the deadly attentions of the animatronic gang.
