Following a near-fatal overdose and wrist-slashing, he is saved and summoned back to his upstate New York hometown by his twin sister, Maggie (Kristen Wiig). Maggie, on the surface, has the "normal" life: a handsome, kind husband (Luke Wilson) and a suburban home. Yet, we quickly sense that her porcelain smile is cracking. She is secretly skipping her antidepressants, bored by her marriage, and haunted by the same ghosts that chased Milo to the coast.
