EDIUS X includes a tool (Ctrl+F) that uses an internal text index of markers, clip names, and metadata. To update: Tools > Update Media Index

This usually happens with variable frame rate (VFR) footage from screen recorders (OBS, Shadowplay). EDIUS X struggles to index VFR. Use HandBrake or Shutter Encoder to convert the file to Constant Frame Rate (CFR) before importing.
