Windows 10 Pro includes MSVBVM60.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (for 64-bit) or C:\Windows\System32 (for 32-bit). This file is digitally signed by Microsoft and receives security updates through Windows Update.
The Microsoft Data Access Objects (DAO) are not properly registered. Fix: Run regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\dao360.dll" from an elevated command prompt.
Because Microsoft no longer distributes the software, finding a clean, safe, and working version is the primary hurdle.
