Snagit stores the license information deep within the system registry (Windows) or package files (Mac). There is no simple "backspace" button in the registration window to delete the current key and type a new one. If you enter a key incorrectly or need to switch to a different key, the official and most reliable method is to uninstall the software, restart your computer, and reinstall it.
