Welcome to the red zone. Track 6 in BC 100 is designed to take your heart rate from 85% to 99% and keep it there. The track utilizes (squat thrusts into a tuck jump) followed immediately by Speed Bag punches. The music tempo shifts into hyperdrive. This is the track where experienced athletes look at the clock and realize they still have three tracks left. It is brutal. It is beautiful.
BC 100 is harder than BC 90 but more accessible than BC 80. It respects injuries (no jumping in Track 3) but challenges the elite (Track 6 is a monster). les mills body combat 100
