If all else fails, the camera may have a defective WiFi chip. Before requesting a replacement, send the following to Netvue support (support@netvue.com):
specifically indicating that the camera cannot find or connect to the designated Wi-Fi network. Primary Causes Unsupported Frequency : Attempting to connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi band. Netvue cameras only support Weak Signal
