This occurs when the Central Authentication Service (CAS) token encryption key is mismatched between nodes in a cluster after applying patch 4. Fix: Stop all BI services. Backup and then delete the oma.key and oma.key.bak files from C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\oma . Restart the system.
