The story follows (Vijay), a debt collection agent for a bank in Chennai who doesn't hesitate to use force to recover loans. His life changes when he meets Malarvizhi (Keerthy Suresh), a medical student who is being targeted by a powerful and corrupt businessman, Periyakannu (Jagapathi Babu).
He soon discovers Malarvizhi is living in fear of , a powerful and corrupt politician who runs a medical college without basic infrastructure. PK's negligence led to the death of Malarvizhi’s friend, and he now uses his influence to silence any opposition.
