You need to enable the uxtheme library. In winecfg → Libraries → Type uxtheme in the "New override" box → Add → Set to "Native then Builtin".

Launch any Windows app (e.g., wine notepad ). The title bar, buttons, and scroll bars should now mimic Windows 10. You need to enable the uxtheme library
