The 721PE may be a "Combo" card (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth). The Bluetooth component requires a separate driver. Look for "Realtek Bluetooth Driver" on your OEM support page. Also, ensure the internal USB header is connected (for internal cards).

For Fedora/Arch, install the rtl88x2bu or rtw88 package depending on your chip ID.
