This is the black sheep of the DLCs, but it is essential for variety. Narco Road shifts the tone from serious spec-ops to high-octane arcade chaos. You go undercover to infiltrate a cartel's inner circle. Expect monster trucks, stunt plane races, and tactical missions wrapped in a glitzy, neon-soaked criminal underworld. It is less "Ghost Recon" and more "Fast & Furious: Bolivia," but it provides a necessary change of pace after 50 hours of stealth.

Widely considered the superior expansion, Fallen Ghosts is a love letter to fans of the series. Set in a new, swamp-heavy region, it pits the Ghosts against "Los Extranjeros"—a mercenary group comprised of former special forces members from various countries. These enemies have high-tech gear (active camouflage, heavy armor) that poses a genuine threat. The difficulty is ramped up, the atmosphere is darker, and the narrative is compelling. This DLC alone adds significant replay value.
