In V15.2.1, the graphical user interface (GUI) provided engineers with a clear view of the model geometry. The object-based modeling approach, a hallmark of SAP, allows users to define structural elements (beams, columns, slabs, walls) as physical objects rather than just lines and nodes. The software then internally converts these objects into the finite elements required for analysis.
