The game runs surprisingly well on lower-end hardware thanks to cel-shaded graphics. Even a GTX 1050 Ti can hit 60fps at 1080p with lowered shadows.
Wishlist it on Steam and wait for a sale (prices drop to ~$15–20 USD). Alternatively, watch full playthroughs on YouTube or play the older JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future via emulation (which is abandonware but still gray area).
