Bit | Corel Shell Extension - 64
Note the designation. If you are running a 64-bit version of Windows (which is standard for over a decade), you need the 64-bit shell extension to interact with 64-bit versions of File Explorer. A 32-bit extension cannot load into a 64-bit Explorer process.
If re-registration fails, the DLL itself may be corrupt.
