ENIS was created to meet the growing industrial needs of the Sfax region—known for its textiles, olive oil, chemicals, and mechanical industries—and to decentralize elite engineering education from Tunis.

ENIS supports startups through the (part of University of Sfax’s Pépinière d’Entreprises). Notable startups: DataWow (IoT solutions), SmartMed (medical devices).

Unlike polished Beirut or Cairo productions, Enis Sfax brought a "low-budget, high-authenticity" vibe. Viewers felt like they were listening to a friend, not a celebrity. That relatability was his rocket fuel.
