Moinuddin Chishti, also known as Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti or Gharib Nawaz, was a 12th-century Sufi saint and a prominent figure in the Chishti Order of Sufism. Born in 1141 CE in Chisht, a village in modern-day Afghanistan, he spent most of his life spreading the message of love, compassion, and spiritual growth in India. His teachings emphasized the importance of devotion, selflessness, and service to humanity.
