Here is the spicy part. Autodesk has moved on. Go to their official "Language Pack" page for 2016 today, and you will likely get a 404 error or a redirect to the current version. Autodesk classifies 2016 as a "legacy product" (End of Life was 2017, actually 2016 support ended March 2018? Correction: Mainstream support ended in 2017).
