In recent years, Rae has transitioned into production and talent management. While she no longer performs in hardcore content (retiring from active scenes around 2017), she remains involved in the industry as a consultant and producer for independent adult content creators. She has spoken publicly about wanting to help younger performers navigate contracts, avoid exploitation, and plan for retirement.
