These pieces change every two years. For example, the current syllabus might run from 2023 to 2024, before a new one is released.
The examiners smiled and nodded as she played through each piece, their faces a blur of encouragement and interest. When it was all over, Emma felt a sense of pride and relief. She had done it! She had played her heart out, and she knew she had given it her all.
