Autodesk uses the system to confirm academic status. You cannot simply use an .edu email; you must provide proof of active enrollment.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can finally download the software.
Do not pay for CAD software as a student. Use that money for a better mouse, a second monitor, or a coffee to keep you awake through those 3D rendering sessions.
