The Saou forest is divided into numerous crags (falaises). While the main sectors are well-known (such as the Baou or the Virgin ), smaller, newer sectors are constantly being developed. "12" could denote the 12th sector documented in a local series, perhaps a hidden gem away from the main tourist trails.
