Bios Load Previous Values -

Modern motherboards (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte) have a USB Flashback button. If you brick your BIOS entirely (no POST, no video), you can force-flash a firmware. This bypasses the need for "Load Previous Values" entirely.

Before changing anything in BIOS, go to -> Save User Profile -> Profile 1 . Name it "Working_Stock." bios load previous values
